I love pro wrestling, the only truly-American form of live theatre.

Shine Wrestling is an all-women pro wrestling brand under WWN and they’ve put on some of my favourite live experiences. The last time I passed by one of their shows I decided to borrow an SLR and shot the show with a manual zoom lens hoping to approach the style of 1970’s and 1980’s sports journalism.

Unfortunately, the flash on the Canon AV-1 I borrowed kicked at the start of the show, so my images turned out a little different than expected but I love these images and the women featured.
