Problem: YZY and Gap have to teach their audience that “basic” ≠ “boring.

Insight: The elderly tend to personify the simple is better aesthetic.

Idea: Let’s transform a retirement community in Florida into a live-in runway with models aged 65 and older modelling the GAP x YZY collection. Visitors will be able to visit the community in small groups to speak to the models and learn about their lives while also getting to review the collection.
